Miss Chase Simmons

SOLO- Simmons Chase (6).JPG

"My name is Chase Simmons, I am a senior at Valley High School, and I have been dancing since the age of 10. Since then, it has become very important to me. Through dance, I have made some of my best friends, found the best role models, and made so many memories. This dance studio means so much to me and all of the teachers and other dancers are a great support system, I’m very grateful to be a part of ASADA. After high school, I plan to attend college to further my education in dance to become a dance educator/choreographer and spread my love for dance while helping other young dancers become the best they can be. My advice to any younger dancers: Never stop pushing yourself to reach your fullest potential, find your own voice through dance and never let anyone dim your light!"

Miss Auri Heinrich

"My name is Auri Heinrich and I am senior at Burrell High School. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. My experience with dance includes competitive and recreational dancing, and I'm now in my final season as a recreational dancer. Despite exploring other interests like competitive cheer, CLO, softball, swimming and diving, I have always found myself returning to the studio for the joy that dance brings me. Dancing allows me to be a free spirit, listen to music, socialize, and have fun. I plan to major in elementary education after high school. My advice for dancers is to not let time constraints hold you back from your passion for dance. Find a class that works for you, dance like nobody is watching, have confidence in your dancing, and keep dancing —- it will always be worth it."

Miss Vanessa DelVerne

"My name is Vanessa DelVerne, I am a senior at Valley High School. I've been dancing with ASADA since I was 3 years old. Dance has helped me grow into the person I am today and I'm so grateful for it. As a dancer, I've had the opportunity to become friends and work with so many talented people. I am very thankful for all of my amazing teachers who taught me to be confident in who I am. After high school, I plan on going to college to major in psychology and minor in dance. I would like to be a forensic psychologist, while still doing some dance on the side. My advice to any younger dancers: Never be afraid to be yourself and show what you can bring to the table!"
