A STEP ABOVE DANCE ACADEMY

A Step Above Dance Academy, LLC, formerly Michelle's Dance Studio was established in 1999 in Upper Burrell with one dance room and one parent viewing room. As years went on and enrollment increased, A Step Above Dance Academy moved to its current location in New Kensington opening its doors in September 2004. We are excited to celebrate 19 years at our Carl Avenue location!

 

The 11,000 square foot facility offers five dance studios – 2 of which are equipped with Harlequin floors, 2 observation areas, onsite dancewear supply store, multi-purpose room and large front desk area.

 

Enrollment occurs in July with classes beginning in September. An annual recital is held in June at Valley High School.
