The Program Selection Form is for:

A. Anyone planning to audition for our Elite Group and/or Company Program;

B. Anyone planning to enroll in our Advanced Program;

C. Anyone planning to audition for a Specialty Routine;

D. Current Team Members NOT planning on returning to ASADA for the 2024-2025 season.
